1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of www.iconduire.com and to enquiries and orders placed with Conduire International Trading W.L.L. ("Conduire Trading"), a company registered in the State of Qatar, Al Ajlan Building, 1st Floor, Room 13, SHK Abdulrahman Bin Jassim Al Thani Street, P.O. Box 82160, Al Wakrah, Qatar. Services provided by Conduire Services W.L.L., a separately registered company, are governed by that company's own engagement terms.

2. Website information

Product descriptions, images, specifications and standards shown on this website are provided for general information and are typical references only. Exact grades, sizes, standards, brands, pack sizes and technical data are confirmed in our written quotation. Product images may be illustrative and may differ from the supplied item.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry, RFQ or enquiry-cart request does not create a contract. Quotations are issued in writing and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices, quantities, specifications, delivery terms, payment terms and warranties are those stated in the individual quotation or order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Orders

An order is accepted only when confirmed by Conduire Trading in writing (for example by order confirmation, proforma invoice or signed quotation). Any changes to an accepted order must be agreed in writing by both parties.

5. Delivery

Delivery location, lead time and delivery terms are as stated in the quotation or order. Lead times are estimates based on supplier and manufacturer availability at the time of quotation.

6. Payment

Payment terms, currency and invoicing arrangements are as stated in the quotation, order or invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Documentation and warranties

Technical documentation such as MTC, COA, SDS/MSDS, technical datasheets and certificates of conformity is provided where applicable and according to product and manufacturer documentation. Any warranty is limited to the warranty stated in the quotation or order, or the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

8. Returns and claims

Discrepancies or damage should be reported promptly after delivery, with supporting details, so they can be reviewed with the relevant supplier. Return and replacement arrangements are handled case by case and according to the agreed quotation or order.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, text and layout belong to Conduire or are used with permission. Brand names, logos and trademarks of manufacturers and customers remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Information submitted through website forms is used to respond to your enquiry, quotation request or application. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Conduire is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general website information.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
